The property sits on 7.4 acres and was 98% occupied at time of sale.

The Ledford at Hamilton Place was partially renovated by the seller CPinvestors and the buyer Think Multifamily, a group based out of Dallas, plans to thoroughly renovate the exterior and remaining interiors of the property.
